Heather Covert

-Licensed Property Manager-

Heather Covert has been in the property management business for nine years. She started her property management career with a large company in California before returning to Montana where she continued with a local property management company. She has experience in all aspects of property management including leasing consultation, on site management, bookkeeping, and office management.  With her attention to detail and vast management knowledge, Heather is a valuable member of the IPS team.

Tammi Fisher

Tammi Fisher has been practicing law for eight years and brings her experience and knowledge in landlord tenant, land use, and real estate law to the IPS team. Tammi currently maintains a practice focused primarily on property law giving her the skills necessary to compile and implement a comprehensive real estate asset portfolio as well as offer legal counsel for your property. As an established property law attorney, Tammi has the skill to draft documents in full legal compliance.
